All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy applies to all products, including in-stock items, custom designs, and pre-orders.
We encourage customers to review our Sizing Guide before purchasing. Jerseys are true to size, but small variations (1–3 cm) may occur depending on the design and material. If you are unsure about your size, please contact us on Instagram @tudovink and we’ll gladly help you choose the right fit before ordering.
Custom Orders
All custom and personalized jerseys are final sale and cannot be modified, refunded, or exchanged once production has started. This includes custom name printing, team orders, or any special-request design.
A $15 deposit is required for all custom orders paid in cash. Deposits are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We inspect every jersey carefully before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email info@tudovink.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue.
We will review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or credit.
Refunds are only issued if the error was on our part (for example, wrong size shipped, incorrect name print, or major defect).
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address, size selection, and product details before completing checkout. Tudovink is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or order details entered by the customer.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in rare cases such as:
• You received the wrong item or size due to our error
• The item was damaged in transit and reported within 48 hours
• Your order could not be fulfilled due to inventory or production issues
Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method (e-transfer or Shopify checkout) within 3–5 business days.
Ineligible Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect size ordered
• Minor variations in color, fit, or logo placement
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
