Thank you for shopping with Tudovink. This policy explains how shipping, delivery, and pickup work for all orders placed through our website or arranged through direct contact.


Processing Times

All orders are prepared and processed within 12 hours after payment is received.
During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly, but we always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and is ready for shipment.

Orders placed through e-transfer are processed once payment has been successfully received.


Delivery Options

Local Delivery (Ottawa)
Available for customers located within the Ottawa area. Delivery is a flat rate of $10 and usually takes 1–4 business days after processing.

Canada-Wide Shipping
We offer standard shipping to all provinces and territories for a flat rate of $10 per order.
Orders totaling $99 or more (before tax) qualify for free Canada-wide shipping.

All orders are shipped through reliable carriers such as Canada Post or Purolator. A tracking number will be provided once your package has been shipped.


Pickup in Ottawa

Pickup is available by arrangement only.
If you would like to pick up your order or pay in cash, do not complete your purchase on the website.
Instead, contact us directly on Instagram at @tudovink to schedule your pickup time and location.

Pickup is available in Ottawa only. Customers will be provided with details once arrangements are confirmed.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or postal backlogs. Tudovink is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order. Tudovink is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@tudovink.com with your order number and any available tracking details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Tudovink is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located by the customer.
