Tudovink is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.

Tudovink is not responsible for loss or misuse resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
2. Our Products
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colors or details may appear differently depending on your screen and lighting.
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. Tudovink may discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.
Replica and custom jerseys are intended for personal use only and are not official merchandise. By purchasing, you acknowledge this and agree that Tudovink is not affiliated with or endorsed by any sports league, club, or player.
3. Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are added at checkout unless stated otherwise.
Tudovink accepts payment via Shopify’s secure checkout or Interac e-Transfer to info@tudovink.com.
If paying by e-transfer, please include your order number in the message. Orders paid by e-transfer are processed once payment is received.
For cash meet-ups or pickups in Ottawa, contact us directly on Instagram @tudovink before placing your order. Do not complete payment through the website if you wish to pay cash in person.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We process orders within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping rates:
• Ottawa local delivery: $10
• Canada-wide shipping: $10
• Free shipping on orders over $99
Delivery times vary by location. Once your package has been handed to the carrier, Tudovink is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping services. For more details, review our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed.
Refunds are only issued for incorrect or damaged items verified by our team.
Custom orders, team designs, or personalized jerseys are non-refundable once production begins. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
6. Prices and Billing
Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice.
The price at checkout is final. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment and contact information.
We reserve the right to cancel any transaction suspected of fraud or misuse.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, images, text, designs, and other materials on the Tudovink website are the property of Tudovink or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
“Tudovink” and its logos are trademarks owned by Tudovink. All third-party trademarks appearing on this site belong to their respective owners.
